What Your Energy is Telling You
“Energy is contagious, positive, and negative alike. I will forever be mindful of what and who I am allowing into my space.” Alex Elle
Do you feel something in your body that you can’t understand and work out what it is? feeling weak, bad about yourself, or about something? feeling ecstatic? Are you sensitive to your environment, to your senses, and to the universe?
Your sixth sense is working in on you and is sending you a message. Our body is the embodiment of our existence and has the capacity to perceive and interpret the message channeled through the energy from the universe to us. Don’t ignore when you receive a message. You must heed, listen, and understand that energy and how to respond according to the circumstances.
We have to realize that we have to take care of our bodies to be able to build these energies why? Because it’s going to be more challenging if we don’t pay attention to these physical manifestations.
What are the energies we have in us?
Spiritual Energy
Have you asked yourself the purpose of your life? Do you feel so empty and the longing to belong is so strong?
Talking about spiritual energy is a huge topic but let’s talk about how we deal with our spiritual side and the divine intervention.
Spiritual energy depends on our faith, belief, and religion. Our wisdom is so powerful that we just have to listen to the message being passed on to us. God is always there talking to us through an inner voice and we should listen to it. For us, this is a gut feeling but spiritually, it is the Holy Spirit, one of the voices of God that gives us the pull and motivation we need in our daily life.
If you don’t have a relationship with God you don’t go far. Why? because it’s more powerful to work with God than without Him and you can’t go forward without His love and guidance. Always remember, you can’t rely on your own energy. You need God in you, we need God in us – every day.
Let me ask you this. Do you use your own strength to magnify the energy? Do you wake up in combination with God and your energy? Or do you only rely on your own spiritual energy? If you relied on your own spiritual energy, how do you feel? What have you accomplished without or with God’s intervention? Do you feel complete and happy without God’s grace and love? Or do you feel loved because God is there to carry you when you need Him most?
I was in Hawaii for a couple of days to attend a seminar and I’ve learned a lot of things from the event. The one thing I’ve learned was about the “seed”. The word seed in Hawaii is called “Taro”. When you are given a seed, does your energy allow that seed to grow, cultivate to be an inspiration to you and other people or you let that seed die?
Ask this question to yourself – how did you grow your seed?
Mental Energy
This is also called as mental energy. A healthy mind is the biggest source of our confidence, happiness, efficiency, focus, motivation, concentration, determination, and self-discipline. When you feel good it will come out naturally in you. I’ll give you a good example of feeling good inside – a blooming bride. We often see these beautiful brides oozing with beauty and confidence because they feel so much happiness that it radiates from within. This boils down to the question of – how happy are you in your life? I know, there’s a lot of mental stress – every day but just be positive and attract positive energies in your life and be happy no matter what the situation is. Surround yourself with people who are great and with positive vibes. Always think positive and be grateful for the things that you have no matter how small it is.
Emotional Energy
It’s a fact that we struggle with our emotions every day regardless of our status in life. We work hard to make our life better and try to live happy and contented despite the challenges we face day in and day out.
These emotions drain and can impact your life negatively
- holding on to loss
- guilt
- indecisiveness
- too much worrying about something that is beyond your control
- lack the enthusiasm for life
- Moodiness
We are bombarded with peer pressure, family problems, personal struggles but thing is that we need to balance our life. Easier said than done, I know. However, if we let these negative emotions crawl into our whole being then we are throwing ourselves into the depth of misery that may lead to depression. I don’t think you want to go into depression, do you?
When you feel empty just ask yourself what makes you happy? Don’t dwell on the negatives but on the positive side of life. Little things that make you happy will uplift your spirit. Talk to someone dear to you that you know would listen to your whines and plights. If a professional intervention is needed then go and seek the help of a professional therapist. There’s so much beauty in life that is left unseen, we only have to open our hearts, eyes, and mind to see how beautiful life is.
Physical Energy
Have you ever asked yourself how healthy you are or are you really healthy? Our physical health is the most neglected part of all the energies. We abuse our physical health by eating trash foods or unhealthy foods, not doing much of physical activities and taking illegal drugs and substances, and abusing our body by negligence. Self-awareness is important to improve your overall health. You have to know what is going on inside your body and should be able to increase your daily dose of energy.
Practice a daily routine of sleeping early at night and waking up early in the morning. Your body will benefit from a good night’s sleep. When you don’t have enough sleep at night what do you feel? You feel grumpy, sluggish, can’t concentrate and irritable.
If you can, wake up early and breathe the morning fresh air while doing a 15-minute walk. If you have more time, do something that will perk up your day that you really love doing like baking or sketching or dancing or maybe a Zumba exercise.
And, don’t forget to hydrate your body with healthy water. Remember that water is good for us but not all water is good for our bodies. Choose the water with the right PH. Eat healthily and live healthily. As the saying goes – eat, sleep, and pray. Eat well, sleep well, and pray to God for peace and harmony in yourself and those who are around you.
