I realized that my mind is powerful, and when I let go of the past, I don’t bring it back into my present or future. When I let go, my vibration rises and I’m able to hear spirit better than before.

Before my breakthrough journey with Dr. Heather, I thought my biggest challenge was money, but it wasn’t. I can always make money. My biggest challenge was letting go of the past in my body, mind and soul. It was the self-imposed shackles I unintentionally put on my mind.

In my breakthrough session, Dr. Heather had me dig up many different parts of my past that unbeknownst to myself were negatively affecting my present. She helped me to remember and then let go.

Once I became aware of my blocks and let go, I was able to access more of myself, meaning what my heart, body and soul wanted to say to me on a daily basis. I felt lighter, and as the days went by, I noticed I wasn’t waking up with much anxiety anymore and when that anxiety wanted to creep back in, I was empowered to cancel it the moment I was aware and dissipate the effects.

The immediate inner shift was the lighter feeling. I realized that when I let go of the past, I don’t bring it back into my present or future. When I let go, my vibration rises and I’m able to hear spirit better than before. I realize my mind is powerful, and I’m able to create the momentum needed to create the better life me and everyone deserves, and when obstacles come up, I can understand the lesson, let go again, and turn back to the present and future with lessons in tow.

Now, I’m taking a more restful pursuit of my goals, doing what I can, when I can not forgetting to take care of myself this time by calendaring fun time with friends and family.

I faced immense loss in my life—losing my father, my husband, several pregnancies, a beloved aunt, and most recently, my best friend and business partner. That final loss left me in deep grief, depression, and feeling completely stuck.
My breakthrough began when I started one-on-one life coaching sessions with Dr. Heather. Through her guidance and classes, I discovered a new path forward, began to heal, and rapidly found peace and purpose again. Over time, I’ve learned powerful tools that helped me recognize subconscious patterns, address triggers and trauma, and create inner peace in my mind, body, and spirit.
