Oftentimes, these wounds manifest as blocks in our energy field, which can impact our ability to create and attract what we want into our lives.

How do I know if it’s time to heal?

It’s always a good idea to check in with yourself and see what comes up. That is, how are you feeling right now? Do you feel like your business is off track or that something doesn’t feel right? Another way to tell if it’s time for healing is that you feel stuck in a particular business area and you’re unable to find solutions.

What can I do about it?

Listen to your body’s cues. If something doesn’t feel right, chances are there’s an energy blockage somewhere. A great way to remove these blocks is through the traditional practice of Reiki. In a Reiki session, the practitioner will work with your energy field to remove any blocks and help you restore balance. We can create new beliefs about ourselves and our experiences through awareness, compassion, mindfulness practices such as meditation or yoga, and a willingness to be open-minded in the face of adversity.
