For decades, Angela experienced abuse, bullying, and belittlement, and through that exposure, she developed emotional management methods that are shared via her books and her show.
Angela has been featured in USA Today; she is a syndicated Los Angeles Tribune newspaper and magazine columnist and has countless other media exposures. When Angela isn’t writing children’s stories or magazine articles, she can be found hiking in the beautiful wilderness of Taos, New Mexico.
